Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

· Processing time: 3-7 Days

· Shipping time: 14~30 Days

B. Shipping methods: Express

C. Shipping fee: 

• Priority Shipping: $15.95 (Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days)
• Standard Shipping: $9.99 (Delivery usually takes 8-12 business days)

General Policy

Due to thepersonalized nature of 3D custom products(including custom dolls, figurines, and personalized 3D models), returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly differs from the approved design proof provided prior to production.

Eligible Returns (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

• Products with physical damage caused during shipping (e.g., cracks, broken parts, or damaged packaging).
• Items with manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty craftsmanship, incorrect material, or unforeseen structural issues).
• Products that do not match the confirmed design, size, or customization details agreed upon via the order proof.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.
2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and notify you if your return is approved.
3. Approved returns require the product to be shipped back in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) within 5 business days of approval.
4. Once the returned product is inspected and verified, we will process either a full refund, a free replacement, or a re-production of the custom product (at our discretion).

Non-Eligible Returns

• Changes of mind, personal preference adjustments, or errors in the customization details provided by the customer.
• Products that are used, modified, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
• Returns requested after the 7-day window from the date of delivery.
• Custom products that match the approved design proof and have no manufacturing defects.

Refund & Replacement Notes

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product is verified.
• Shipping costs for returns are covered by us only if the return is due to our error (damage, defect, or incorrect customization). For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Replacements or re-productions will be completed within the standard production timeframe, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
